Christmas 2025 Social Event

Our Christmas Social Event for 2025 was held as usual at the Saxon Hill Academy, LIchfield, on 10th December.

A great time was had by all those members who attended.

Firstly we had a display of artwork brought in by our members, from which a winner was voted for by everyone there. The winner was Pete Wilding. His prize? A seasonally appropriate Christmas tree bauble!

Following the presentation of awards won at our 2025 Autumn Exhibition - handed out by our President Tony Adams - we enjoyed a light hearted quiz which had "colour" as it's theme. The winning team won by a comfortable margin though the other teams were all closely matched. The prize? Seasonally appropriate chocolate sweets! 

Many thanks to all those involved in setting everything up but especially Tony Barancewicz for the drinks, Pete Wilding for the nibbles, Jan Flynn for the hot drinks and quizmaster Sasha Lauer.
